is this track named after that clown, he spread the love of the 60s to homeless children, ben & jerrys named their wavy gravy ice cream after him

I always wondered if it was. I had to study this in school in year 9 (shit thats a long while ago). We watched a video and the floating dagger bit in the film freaked me out!!
