Good earbud recommendations..?

I'm looking to get soem news earbuds for ym Cd player... Preferably moderate priced and of course with good sound quality. Any suggestions?

no they arnt...i have the ex70xl...."nudes". they fit in your ear. absolutly great sound. good highs and actually great bass as well. really really nice.

it depends what you consider "moderate priced"

you can get a nice pair of Etymotic ER-4S's for $270.00 USD, and they'll probably give you the best audio quality.. but they might be alittle bit over your pricerange.

If you want to go down the line alittle, check out the Etymotic ER-6's. They retail for $130.00, and would be considered moderate priced. Still very good audio quality.

anyway, yeah thats a great site. i own the sony mdr-e888s, theyre pretty damn good, cept a bit expensive. but yeah, in terms of buds, i would say the mx500s are your best choice.

u are smart ety's are great but... too revealing for my tastes...

I have a pair of AKG-401's, paired up with a custom CMOY headphone amplifier.

YEAH I'm on the forums there

right now my source is M-Audio delta 44 soundcard. Right now I run it to my Kenwood VR-405 amp, and hook my cmoy into it.. but Im looking for a nice interconnect RCA so I can hook my Cmoy directly to the Delta... I might try the Cardas series, or Acoustic Research master series.

Oh and I built the Cmoy myself, and I'll be doing a meta in a few months!

They are HEADPHONES!!!!

Anyway personally I use my DJ headphones with my MD player. You get some funny looks walking around town with these fucking great cans on your head but when they are Sennheiser HD 212 Pro's it sounds like you are carrying a club around with you

Ok im look for ones in the 20-50$ US range. I'm guessing ill go with the MX-500's provided i can find them... THe radioshack here only carries the MX-400's... How are those... and if i cant find the MX-500's... what would be second best?

no we dont...earbuds are what go in your ear. headphones go over. what MD player do you have??

I've got a Sony MZ-R55 portable recorder/player. She's old now but was the top of the range when 1st released - its still excellent.
