WOW... real good animation coupled with the best computer animation i ever seen. looks very nice. Koreans are great animators. Is the movie going to be in korean?

the animation is ridiculously awesome, but i cant really say that its one of the best movies ever until ive actually seen it.

remember, "final fantasy: the spirits within" looked damn good, but it turned out to be the worst movie this side of "dude, wheres my car?"

looks nice , when does it come out in north america ?

King

gotta be final fantasy, me liky

well "Final Flight Of The Osiris" from The Animatrix and another cut of an other short film of the animatrix blowed me away..
The only thing unrealistic i caught was some movements and face expression.. the CGI and reality is outstanding!
otherwise, a released film..i think it would be Final Fantasy

The animation looks great. I like the whole blending of traditional animation and cgi, reminds me of a mini series called blue submarine 6. As for the movie itself, I'd have to see it to pass judgement.

"rejected" by don hertzfeldt. or perhaps "billy's balloon" or "l'amour" also by him.

to be honest. it was good animation, not the best that i have seen, but very good. but.... nothing special or amazing. hand drawn characters and CGI together. its been done before.... hell, even futurerama used the technique. meh.... im not blown away.

Thanks for posting this trailer, very cool stuff.

Akira
Toy Story

and I didn't think Final Fantasy was all that bad, I think people were just expecting more plot-wise because of the games, but as I've never played them I went in to it expecting nothing and really enjoyed it.

Akira
Princess Mononoke
Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust

The best Japanese anime films ever made, by far. Princess Mononoke is one of Roger Ebert's top ten all-time films.

KarateKid

Wow, just checked out the trailer. Looks incredible! Any information about when it will have a release in the US?

Animation Movie

I like Escaflowne, the movie (Though I preferred the show.)

Amon Saga, Perfect Blue, Legend of Arg- (Something) and Princess Mononoke are my favourites.

Final Fantasy was a pioneering move in moviemaking, and I liked it only for the art. As is Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron. Yeah, it's cute, but not that wonderful... I loved the artwork however. The Secret of N-I-M-H is an awesome movie, especially for 1982. The Last Unicorn was really something, especially when I was six or so. I used to rent the N-I-M-H and the Lost Unicorn and watch them all the time. *Reminisces at lost childhood.* Ahh, those were the days... When kid's movie rentals were 99cents and you didn't even have to pay them 'coz your parents did for you...

*And a note about Roger Eberts*
He did rate Vanilla Sky as 'One of the best movies of the year.' That movie was a bigger bomb than Fat Man and Little Boy.
