Which wicked remix is this of the huge track Sunrise, Goldenscan....
or is it really an remix of it?
however, it's taken from tiestos set @ Samfundet, Norway 2000.
It totally rocks!

That chord progression is used loads:-
Chicane - offshore
Aly & Fila - Eyes of Horus (Ronski speed rmx)
Delerium - silence (all versions - most obvious in m.woods ambient version)

etc.

Its my favorite chord progression - remember, there are only so many chords so they will be used over and over.
