Has anyone got these SONY Ear-Clip headphones?

Product features if it helps from Sony Style web site
Click here for a larger pic if that's too hard to see.
There's a black one with red add-on colour cap, but the silver one above looks funky with the blue one which matches my MD.
So, does anyone have a pair & are they:
a) comfortable?
b) is sound quality any good?
I've used these before and I can say that they're very comfortable and sound phatt too.
That's good to hear.
Hopefully I'll get to try them at the Sony shop beforehand.
XPENSIVE like shit...
Sony are a fuckig Microsoft Wanna Be Monopoly...
Those ones and the backstyled ones... so XPENSIVE.. they upp the prices because ppl will still buy into them.. but come on... just because they are SONY doesn't make them worth their weight in GOLD!!!
I prefer my el-cheapo $13 TDK one's from Strathfield that aren't too bad.. better than paying $60 + for sumthing thats SONY...
Umm i read on 3Dworld that there is gonna be a SONY shop open in Fox studios or sumthing like that they you can test them out... that might help your purchase...
my sister has a pair of these. they came along with her md which she got for xmas. i had a listen to them a few times, and honestly, they're nothing special sound quality wise. i find sony products these days are marketed out to appeal aethestically. that's what you're really paying for, to look good. espesh with all those street styles *choke* i have a pair of koss ksc-50s, which though is collecting dust now, compared to these sony's, sound a lot warmer with nice mid range n bass. the sony's sound i found tinnier. the koss's unfortunately, arent as comfortable tho, but u get by.
i think the quality of their products are also declining... e.g my sony md 700 is breaking into pieces, it not only won't record ne mp3's now, but if i try to record nething... it will destroy all the mp3's on that mini disc disc
not to mention that controller thingy broke in like 1 week when i first got it
not happy Mr. Sony man
Hey, its true you get what you pay for! (most of the time)
Whle SONY are quite good, I prefer the european 'sound' in thier headphones. AKG and so on, and they arent THAT expensive, I spent $80 on a pair of AKG's and they have awesome freq. response, and a nice clean euro sound to them
I have similiar ones which are panasonic and the quality is awesome, however they were around the $60 mark
I also have a pair of these Ear-clip headphones...
Silver Grey ones with Funky Aqua face clips LOL haha
In terms of sound quality they are pretty average, but it also depends from which source you are listening it from... On my MD-walkmen its "okay", but when i hooked it to my PC, it sounded much better but not by much...
And they are very comfortable to wear, very easy to fit, and it doesnt hurt after hours of wearing unlike ear-buds hehe
For $60-70, I would have brought Senhiezer (no idea how to spell it) ones... Very good sound quality indeed
I've got the Sony backstyle headphones .. my pair have an awesome sound! Thumping bass, heaps of midrange, clear treble
I'm pretty happy with them...
I killed my Sony streetstyles after two years of pounding. Were a quality 2 years though, they're bloody good headphones. I suggest skipping this clipon crap, they're over-rated
I love my new sennheisers that I got the other day. If you ever want a nice pair of headphones, don't go past the HD25s, but get a mate to get them overseas like I did, saved me a considerable amount.
I was at the Sony shop at the Ciy yesterday and I couldn't try them on since it was on of those packets you can't seal back together that it was in. Since my headphones were stuffed, I wanted to get a new pair and thought about thoses. Anyway, it seems that my Sony MZ-R91 needs to be serviced since the headphones I tried from the store, the right ear wouldn't work. I won't be getting new headphones now then, but they look cool though!
