-- Best Program to Make own Live sets.....?
uhm...I have a question for you dudes. I want to make my own live set the only problem is ......which program should I use(i already have connected my mixer with my pc).
please help me.....thanx
Mixmeister 3 is great for compilations, but not so much for live mixing. Traktor or Virtual Turntables are good for live mixing.
can you please give me the URL's
www.mixmeister.com - Mixmeister (Der!
)
www.native-instruments.com - Traktor
http://carrot.prohosting.com/ - VTT
DEFINATLY TRAKTOR!!
dont forget the main element....some live people
Mixing?
Was the original message not referring to recording live mixed sets on your pc? That's the impression I got. I have a similar setup, ie my mixer into my PC and when I'm doing a set I use Cowon Systems Jet Audio to record the set as 128kbps variable MP3.
Ollie
yo dj7 can you give me a url of that program of yours.....
i visited the site of TRAKTOR and it's a limited download and your only allowed to use it for 30 days so........
Cowon systems website
My version is kinda old but the website is www.cowon.com, the version I use is 4.62 and a allegedly a visit to www.cracks.am is well worth while.
I foyu need more info then let me know!!
Ollie
try Cooledit.
It's great and Nastra uses it as well. You can probably download it at www.download.com. Only thing is you have to find a crack to keep using it. It expires after a month or so.
IF you have a external mixer then use VTT ... it allows you to use external mixer.... its the only program that i know of that allows you to do that
Full version of Traktor :-)
