BBC Radio 1 Essential Mix = HELP!!!!

I've been downloading a lot of sets lately, specifically Essential Mixes and they kept refering to Radio 1. So me being the way I am I love to have trance playing on my computer even when asleep or falling asleep (yes i can fall asleep to trance, it's a gift).

Anyways I'm getting bored of Digitallyimported and tried to listen to Radio 1's recorded programs. I must have clicked play like 1 million times and the thing would not load or play. WTF?????? Can someone help me out before I go insane.

p.s. a little how to on recording from the stream would be sweet too, that way i can upload them to live sets. They have some really sweet ones, like AVB!!!

On BBC you need to have realplayer installed there should be a link to it on their website when yoo tyr and use their player.
As for recording streams you need a program like total recorder you can get it form downloads.com
