HELP on Armin Van Buuren @ Dance Department 7-4-01

Well I'm getting a bit frustrated here.
This is the tracklist that I got recently from this forum:
(Ignore the times for a second I added the times myself when I was trying to see which song is which)

1.(0:00) Yahel- Run Away (B-Side)(cyber promo)
2.(7:05) Blackwatch- Skin Deep (Teknology)
3.(11:57) Digger- Look Ahead (Casa Nostra)
4.(17:25) DJ Nukem- Instinct (Imago)
5.(23:05) Airwave- Mysteries Of Life (Bonzai promo)
6.(28:52) Ija'- Atlantic Shores (Activation UK)
7. Nerva- The Scorpion
8.(36:08) Rio- Omaggio (promo)
9.(42:14) Ultra Vibe- Microcosmos (Bonzai)
10.(48:49) Perpetuous Dreamer- The Sound of Goodbye (Armin van Buuren remix 2) (Armind promo)

The file I have is 58:44 in length.
The only reference points I have is Yahel, Airwave and Perpetuous Dreamer because these tracks I new from before.
Everything goes well until the Airwave track that starts at about 23:05. Then just before 28:52 the volume goes down and then up again (there was probably a commercial brake or something!?) So I assumed that at that point Atlantic Shores starts. But there is no way that there are 5 tracks after the Airwave tune.
I am 99% sure that the last track starts at 48:49 and I have spotted only two in between changes at around 36:08 and 42:14. So surely one of the tracks from 6 to 9 must not be in this mix? Which one?
Confused? Me too. Can anyone throw some light on this?

is it Nerva - The Scorpian?

I think that ija' - Atlantic Shores is the song after the commercial break.
Nerva - The Scorpion is the song that missing here!!!!

Im gonna dig up an old thread and try to get some corrections made for this set. Ija - Atlantic Shores comes in around 28:10. There is a fade out/in at 28:58, I guess editing out of commercials. After the music comes back up, you hear the end of Atlantic Shores and the beginning of a new tune, which is NOT Nerva - The Scorpion (if it is, its some way different mix, or the versions Ive downloaded of the scorpion are incorrectly labeled).

#7 is a fucking awesome tune and needs to be ID'ed
