I'm in Melbourne and I wana get some proper ear plugs to protect my hearing. any one know where I can get some from?

I tried some of them and they were shitty, they only stopped half of the frequencies so it made the music sound crappy

thats what ear plugs do. they block sounds and if you heard half the frequencies then you put em in wrong
the best thing to do is not to go to clubs which have awesome systems

I personally am half deaf in one ear due to an infection and I can tell you its bloody annoying, I would advise everyone to look after their hearing!

I'm half deaf at my left ear, which pretty well sucks! You automaticly twist your head when people talk to you, I can't hear the alarm clock when I'm lying on my side and surround sound doesn't work for me anymore.

Well, you can get some earplugs here, www.headphones.com.au , scroll down.

Etymotic ER20 plugs, they are well made, not disposable, and block about 20dB across the sound spectrum. Shouldn't cause any quality loss, only save your ears
