There's a few places that'll do that for you. No, I don't know any personally, but buy a copy of (for example) DJ mag and check the adverts in there, there's bound to be some places.

If you get a master done, it doesn't really matter if you take 1 test pressing or 100 test pressings, it's just a matter of cost. However, for lower quantities you may consider just getting acetates cut.

Yes, normally you won't get more than about 20 plays from them. And you can't cue them up like normal vinyl, because that wears the start of the track out even more

But, they're much cheaper to produce in small quantities, which is why they've been popular. Anyone who's wanted to check how a track performs in a club but doesn't want to spend much money has traditionally gone with acetate, but now CD-R is much more popular (much cheaper, more durable...)

EDIT: You could try posting in the DJ Booth forum for people's views on acetate.
