Sorry people didn't know where else to put this.

Do I have to have a cetain amount of posts on here before I can start posting attachments and get a signature and stuff, cos right now it's not letting me.

I don't think that answers his question. Anyone can choose a signature(edit profile), but I don't know about attachments, I have +500 posts and I cannot post them.

I believe attachments are only allowed in certain forums, Music Discussion not being one of them. Also, as far as I'm aware the only thing affected by your post count is the ability to enter a custom status (the thing that appears above your avatar). You should be able to edit your profile by following the link CygnusX put.
