Yeah man Golden Axe was awesome! Especially the second one. My friend and I used to beat the hell out that game. I'll add these to the list:

Streets of Rage 2
Final Fantasy 7
Halo
Street Fighter Alpha 3
Devil May Cry

Those are some off hand

Yeah, they brought it back in Mortal Kombat: Deadly Alliance. Which is pretty much the best MK since MK2. I recommend it if you got an XBox or PS2.

Best Gamez evah

*Quake 1 & 2 not 3
*Deus Ex
*Unreal Tournament 1
*Halo (only played it once...but is great!)
*Vyruz (lots of good gameply and trance )
*Doom 1 & 2

And many others I could mention but I forgot...heh...

Grand Theft Auto Vice city, Street Fighter 3 Third Strike,MK2

In Chronological Order:

- Q-bert (Coleco Vision)
- Artillery Duel (Coleco Vision)
- Venture (Coleco Vision)
- Super Mario Brothers 2 (Nintendo)
- Doom (fuckin hell yea)
- F-Zero (Super Nintendo)
- Populus (Sega Genesis)
- Zelda: Ocarina Of Time (N64)
- Crash Bandicoot 1-3 (PSX)
- Metal Gear Solid 1 (PSX)
- Medal Of Honor (PSX)
- Quake 3 Arena (comp, fuckin addict)
- American McGee's Alice (comp)
- Max Payne (comp)
- Medal Of Honor: Allied Assault/Spearhead Expansion (Comp)

Medal Of Honor has never failed me at being extremely fun. I still pop it in my PS2 and rock it out for a quick Nazi slaying. Doom was just the most utterly amazing intro to computer games anyone could ever experience.

Over all, Alice and Max Payne have the best in game storyline... totally trippy and interesting.

I probably would've put Resident Evil on here, if it wasn't so scary that i could actually play it. HAH! (refers to when it first came out)

old-skool eh?

Super Mario Bros 3 and Super Mario World. Best 2D platformers ever!

And the first time I played Super Mario 64...wow...3D!!

Chrono Trigger; one of the best RPG's ever. It's so deep, yet light-hearted at the same time. Great story, and one of the few games that used the magic-combo system (they should do that more often).

Those were the good ol'days.

Mortal kombat lol, i loved that game so much. Ive got the arcade version of mk2 emulated thru mame. Im after the 1 and 3 rom files but cant get them

As for golden axe i remember playing that in the arcade with my cousin when i was about 6 in greece.

I remember an old pc game from about 94 called rise of the triad. was a mint game had so much reply value and the level design was intresting.

Lemmings
Double dragon was a fave of mine for a while
everyone remembers sonic
C&C
Half life

Some really old ones like Ghosts 'n' Goblins & Ghouls 'n' Ghosts they were classics, old skool platform games. its a shame www.mame.dk dont share roms anymore becuase u could just about get any old arcade game emulated smoothly on your pc.

I dont play games anymore but this brings back memories.

How the hell did you remember this??
I can remember trying to learn how the game is played, installing it to my computer using these crappy floppy discs
I never figured out how to play it
I can remember playing Space Invaders on that Tulip computer my dad had. The whole neighbourhood would drop by my house and play with that The Space-bar had literaly been taken off. That keyboard had gone through a lot of suffering, since you would fire that space-ships using it
