Filming Two Tribes

I wanna tape Two Tribes with my Digi-Camera! I've been thinking about this for ages not just TT but for the other events too. 2 things stopping me doin so; 1- Organizers won't allow me and maybe some ppl will punch me on the face coz they don't wanna be filmed while they having a bowl!! 2- I don't wanna hang around with a camera whole nite while others dancing their asses off and having fun.

So what do you think? Any suggestions.

PS: Eventually the recordings will be edited and encoded in DivX or mpeg2 and make available for d/l on the net.

the real question here is where did you got your avatar from?

1. make sure it's a small digi cam and hide it in your coat, jumper or under your jumper. but if they have body searches your fucked.

2. a) put it in your car or your friends or otherwise your just gonna have to lug it around.

Actually at Sydney TT last year cameras weren't supposed to be taken in, but my friends only found out when they tried to take a photo of a security guard

That was taken by me with a smuggled in camera which was attached to my shoe (camera angle tells it all).

The rules have gone from still's only, to cameras with no lenses, as in zooming lenses, methinks this only applies to telephoto crap, but ya never know. Suffice to say, i have never had a problem with my kodak disposables, and the photos i get are top notch, well just funny anyway.

meh...

Trancy Ash: Sorry if I have given you mis-information, as last year I walked straight in with a still camera, that was straight after I took a photo (with flash) of the entrance and the staff at the entrance.

I will be chancing my luck again this year, and just chucking my camera in my back pocket I guess.
