nero, winoncd, fireburner whatever you want

i prefer fireburner it's only 1 mb and if you want to burn a cue file exactly what you need burn a cue not more and not less than that

I don't know if this is what you're asking but to make a cue file I usually just find an old one and edit it in notepad... then you can choose whatever software needed to burn it.

I'va just started using a program called CDRCue Cuesheet editor where you enter the details like track start time, title, performer etc and the program makes the cue file for you. Cool!

yeh use notepad. when saving, save the text file with an extension of .cue instead of .txt

and right click, open with -> notepad. that way, the cue file will open in notepad, and save as cue
