Aimez vous feter dans une église?

Just thought I'd give you peeps a glance at a local party held nearby this past weekend so you can see what goes on around here....

Now, I've partied in many big cities at many venues, including Aria, red light, sona, the guv, system soundbar, La loco (paris), not to mention various others, but have never experienced such an awesome event...

This was the most amazing party I have ever attended, which is mainly due to the venue and how small the crowd was. The vibe was intimate and intense!! It was held in Saint John, NB, which is about an hour from where I live. The church, "Gothic Arches", is a cathedral that was built late in the late nineteenth century, and has some of the most incredible stained glass work I have ever seen. About 500 people showed up, a quarter of which were dorky little candy ravers.

It was really amazing to see the sun shine rays through the glass onto the dance floor in the early hours of the morning. It really blended well with the light/laser show.

The DJs spun mostly hard/progressive house with a touch of DnB, some breaks and even techno which also made my night!

It's no longer used as a temple of worship. A local promoter bought it for events like this.

That's still fucked!!! Anyways it's cool that there is some parties actually happening out there.
