Help ID this cheese track

the chorus is melodic with female vocals (like most cheese tunes) all i got from the lyrics is "let me tell you what i mean" & "let me show you what i mean". then after the vocal part it gets more energetic with synths like Dj Sammy's Heaven.

This is what I would call Gouda Cheese, premium quality, the vocals aren't really flowing throughout the track so it's not Velveeta. This Record is also very hard to find in stock anywhere...
