Hello! Help me Buy a Cheap CDJ

Hey guys, i need your help!!

Well, Basically i want to buy 1 CDJ to just be able to play CDs. I already have 2 TT's and have little vinyl but i need to have a CDJ beside them

Now I have a very low budget prolly around $150us it might go up to around $270us. So keep the limit around the 150 mark.

Now im not looking for anything special but i don't know jack about CDJs because i was hunting for tables when i wanted to buy my set up. I just need a CDJ that plays CDs with a pitch slider and that has little features but will last me a bit, i heard its good to go with the Front Load CDJs but that's all i know lol.

So if you could mention any links/models that doesn't have a lot of features and will just be able to mix with.

BTW i have used the Search Button and read i think all the Threads about CDjs but most of them were outdated or did not answer my question.

Thanx in Advance

150 us is not enough to buy a cdj u need about 190 buck than u can buy a gemini cdj30 which cost about 185 bucks no tax. I saw this at a wholesale place in L.A.

I'd say the pioneer cdj100s, but there are some cheaper models out there to that are very decent like the gemini cdj-20 (only this model, other gemini models suck)

never used this... but djmart has a Stanton S-250 single top-loading cd player for $148.95

the ones i have, i have had for about 4yrs now, they are american dj, rack-mount dual cd players. nothing really special, but they get the job done.

if i was you, i would just save up my $$ and get a better one. there are a bunch you can get if you extend your price range to $300.

you also need to know what you want to use this for. do you want to bring it w/ you when you play out in the clubs or parties, or is this mainly going to be part of your home setup? do you want to only spin cd's at the most 1/2 the time, or are there cd's that you think will go perfect w/ each other. you might be better off spending the $300 and getting a rack-mount, dual cd player setup, and then upgrading to the single cd players when your fundage rises, and their cost goes down.

Seriously there is no point in buying a cheap peice of turd that has a lack of functions and usability. Save for a bit longer and in the meantime try to build up a healthier collection of cd's to use. I have the cdj100 and can safely say it is a quality cd turntable that won't burst the bank however you will have to save a little longer.

Take a look on Ebay for cdj's. There were 2 pages of them the other night, some of which look like they are in great condition. Maybe you will get a good deal.
