Max Walder - Samba del costa and a lot of other Max Walder tracks Boca - Brazil...there's a lot of more tracks, but I can't remembner them right now ...maybe later

I would say Robbie Rivera. Although he's primarily a funky tribal latin house producer, many of his tracks are trancey enough. Is there anything with more flavor than Funkatron and his remix of Sound of Goodbye?
