Need a little help, Avro - Mach 1 B??

I stumbled across an older mp3 that must have gotten sent to me through Audiogalaxy. The mp3 is 42mins long, so its obviously a mix of some sort. The file is just labeled "Avro - Mach 1 B" with no ID tags. The opening track is starting to grow on me. Give it a listen and see if you can ID this tune. Thanks

sounds like sorta a cheesy track, but then it does grow on ya.

the intro to this song is very appealing.
