Blatently gonna wear my "Fuck America" t-shirt when i come to the states this/next year. Cocks

Posted by Muff2K on Mar-06-2003 00:15:

i had the norwalk virus 2 weeks ago and was listening to AM radio in my bed... tuned in for the first time to teh paul hendrie show. this guy discusses all kindsa shit coast 2 coast and Iraq was the topic that night. war or peace. and his producer called in and said he didnt ant any talk about iraq because he didnt want to offend anyone (his advertisers) that was 4 or against the issue. and he didnt want to hear unimformed callers voice their ignorant opinions.

guess freedom of speech is restricted in the states and this t-shirt incident helps prove it

Posted by tranceDJ on Mar-06-2003 00:30:

National news close to home for me, I go to that mall all the time.

No way should that guy have been asked to remove his shirt and I'm glad he took a stand and didn't. Stupid people, ever hear of the first amendment maybe?

Posted by Orbax on Mar-06-2003 00:32:

i very much doubt that actually happened. do you have any idea of the millions of people in america wearing those? im guessing it was made up to create a sense of outrage...

How about not? Cuz this happened near me and it was all over the local news before it was on CNN so it's not a fake website. Anyway, often times the news may exagerate stuff, but my guess is they hardly ever make up stories like that. So don't believe everything in the news, but don't all of a sudden say a story is fake either.

land of the free , home of the brave

mwahahahahahahha

Posted by zarathustra on Mar-06-2003 01:44:

That's shite.

So... the 1st Amendment protects organizations like the KKK, but a man isn't allowed to protest war? What the hell??!?!?!?!?!

Do you hear that sound? It's the sound of the founding fathers spinning in their graves.

Posted by Eugene on Mar-06-2003 01:49:

This is for real, it's not made up, and yes I too was shocked when I read about it.

"Land of the free..." hell fucking yeah...

Posted by fastmp3 on Mar-06-2003 01:52:

it's about time americans will find themselves being manipulated by their government ...

Posted by DarkTrance on Mar-06-2003 02:48:

yes it's for real, it's a direct link to the real cnn website.

i agree 1,000,000,000% i very rarely trust or believe the media. they can EASILY fabricate lies or over-exagerate the truth in order to make a story fit the image they want to give off. unless i myself witness this happen, i will not believe a damn word of it. he was probably wearing a shirt that said "fuck the police... then we'll have peace"...
