hey that pic was from mediteranean boat cruise!
but theres NO Competition at ALL
ARMIN wins by 10000000 points

Posted by moogwai on May-24-2001 19:19:

Off course Armin wins

He's a great producer and DJ... and M.I.K.E is only a great DJ in my opinion

Posted by djthunderbird on May-24-2001 19:46:

you meant that Mike is only a good producer right?
I mean : Push is brilliant , but I havent heard his Dj Skillz yet..
Once heard the Push's Tranceenergy 2001 set, where he did not bother mixing at all... only faded the next song and yelled its name...

Posted by breakdown on May-24-2001 19:58:

actually.. the only competition armin has
are from tiesto and pvd.. thats it =p

Posted by djthunderbird on May-24-2001 20:07:

true, but Ferry Corsten has wonderful producing skillz too...

Posted by mizzuno on May-24-2001 20:30:

Drunk damnit......lets get some more responses!!!

LOL

avb any way u cut it

hes the shit .. only pvd, tiesto, corsten can take him

Posted by mute79 on May-24-2001 22:05:

hey, i heard that AvB is like a really high priced lawyer, it this true?

Posted by esskeh on May-24-2001 22:15:

Armin

Posted by patticus on May-24-2001 22:44:

push/mike's productions match armin's easily, maybe even surpass him in the future

that would be an opinion i disagree with

Posted by patticus on May-24-2001 23:31:

which you're definitely entitled to do, infin.
but i say.. till we meet again? strange world? sunrise at palamos?
all amazingly hooj choons, even though they're bonzai.

Posted by yujie__ on May-24-2001 23:43:

Armin always win. his only equals are pvd, tiesto, ferry corsten, rank1 and johan gielen. these people are in there league of there own when they produce, remix and dj.

Posted by Fatboy on May-25-2001 00:36:

Obviously, in my opinion, Armin wins...
Thge only one that i can think of now as serious competitors are corsten, tiesto, pvd and maybe dumonde..

Posted by JdDark on May-25-2001 00:54:

hmmmmmmm
I have to say Armin is the better dj, but for the past months I heard MIKE spin live every week, and I have to say, if he would get the opportunities he would be as good as Armin.
I think he has the same quality as Armin being a producer

Posted by Dwingo on May-25-2001 10:43:

I believe you are one of the few here who ever heard M.I.K.E (Dirk Dierickx right?) spin live. The only times I saw him live he produced on stage, but wasn't spinning.

Armin is the better Dj
M.I.K.E. the better producer

That's in my opnion of course. Ferry Corsten would beat M.I.K.E. in the production contest if his name was here too.

I really dont give a rats ass about dj skills...Definitely the music selections are what i rate.... but as far as mixing tunes... who cares...

Posted by mizzuno on May-25-2001 14:14:

OK U guys!

how about communication vs strange world?

yeah what!

Mizzz

Posted by Fatboy on May-25-2001 14:35:

For me Communication will always have a special place, but Strange World is one hell of a track too.. wicked.

Peace

Posted by eurotrancefla73 on May-25-2001 15:57:

well, the funny and ironic thing is push's tune (strange world 2000) is copied from armins remix of vincent de moor's shamu... Listen to both tunes... The first time i heard strange world... i was like... oh my god... like this isnt obvious..I hate when producers steal similar sounds from other artists... Lets be original now push!!!! I have to give the credit to armin
