I asked Ferry at the end of the set why he didn't come to OUR meetup, and he said he didn't know we'd had one planned. I told him he 'owed us' next time, and he said "Absolutely!"

Note to all TA's: Make pre-meetup thread a little more visible, so as to catch the DJ's attention a bit better.

Agreed. I think Ferry is one of (if not THE) nicest DJ's in the bizz. He and Brian are very nice and down to earth people.

Well, IF arrangements w/PVD or anyone else were arranged, I'd think it would be a bit classier if we picked a place to eat for once. All the other forums meet for dinners. (If so, make note that my flight from Vegas 4/20 doesn't land until 7-something pm ).

Yeah that'll happen... that Country Style sound system is dope. Not to mention the incandescent lights. Oh and the crowd, those ghetto hip-hoppers wearing pants 8 sizes too big totally create a vibe there.

Ferry didn't know about the T.A. meeting. But the guy who was working for Aria and driving him everywhere told him about the TA's meeting and I think Ferry was a bit curious and asked to go to see people there.
