there is no way that it can be done, mainly because of the world wide-ness of the internet
they can't stop anyone from using free e-mail
it would have to be a uanaimous thing from all the governments in the world
i think (and hope) someone is pulling something to get a chain letter moving

I call BS on this one. The postal service is losing money same reason that record sales are down. THEY DIDNT ADAPT.(well that and there really wasnt much good to buy in 2000) Now that the post office is tryin to catch up, it might be too late for them. Canada post started a similar thing..you pay same as a stamp, and can send thru ultra secure severs.
now if this really takes off, you know whats gonna happen? Disgruntled postal workers. Christ, Ill stay off the streets, thank you very much!
This is bullshit. I have this email 9 times in my inbox sended and there is still no payment. It is a chain letter.
I got those emails to long time ago...it was about hotmail then, but its just crap...
