can't stop listening to trance

how long have you listened to trance in one day. somedays I have listened to trance all day almost from when I wake up till going to bed. if I have work to do or I'm going to class, riding the bus, making dinner, at the library, exercising, etc... I'm listening. I wonder how much is too much...it's like a soundtrack to my life.

once you listen to techno or drum n bass you stop listening to trance

I don't listen to trance all day, I change it up. I have done it though with other kinds of music, like punk... Punk is the SHIT (bring on the flames, I don't care)

i chose to listen to music yesterday instead of studying for a physics midterm, and i failed it.... on purpose... i was spinning records for an hour before the midterm instead of cramming... lol

i get to drop one freebie test anyways

I listen to trance constantly...in the car, while i'm jogging/working out, while i sleep, etc... If I could eat trance I would.

Unless I'm in class or watchin the tele, the trance is always blaring. Even at the gym, I have them change it to trance or the "rave" station as they have it so nicely labelled

NO way! they play trance at your gym. If I could go to a gym that played trance I would work out again. Headphones are ok but they can get in the way...and I go through batteries like mad as it is.

I don't mind punk too much. I play guitar and used to play in a ska band. I don't like really noisey or angry music since I got into electronic music...so alot of punk (like dead kennedys and that sort of stuff is out for me) I still really like the clash, ramones, and misfits (old and new).

Too much of anything is bad....except for uplifting trance.

I whole heartedly agree, despite the GHA logo in my sig, I am a huge fan of uplifting! it brings me up when im down, and is plain ole' fun to listen to. uplifting to put it quickly, is "the bomb diggity"!

i listen to electronica (meaning, trance, techno, house, etc.) all day when i'm on my comp, and sometimes i'm able to squeeze in a few hours while in school, during lunch or whatever.

lately, i've been really having munchies for trance, and a good track felt like drinking when you're really thirsty. seriosly, the past few days i had PHYSICAL addiction to music - just like nicotine (although i don't smoke). i feel kinda lost / bummed out / uncomfortable when no music is on, but when i throw on a track, there's just this warm fuzzy feeling oozing through my body... ahhhhhh....

Posted by Endlesswave on Mar-13-2003 06:09:

Same here. It's like I need to be constantly feeling that warm fuzzy wicked happy feeling trance/electronic music brings.

Listen to music all day everyday. At home, in my car, at the gym, in the bathroom, kitchen, and bedroom. Before I go to bed, and when I wake up. I love the music....and I refuse to have it any other way

Posted by BTG on Mar-13-2003 19:38:

I listen to it whenever I can. If i forget to bring my MP3 player to school, i usually break down, and have to go home early. I occasionally skip classes, cause inbetween classes, i'd turn on my mp3 player, and say ''meh, i'd rather walk around the school listening to this set than go to class and turn it off''

*sigh* i'm going nowhere in life cause of trance.

We have that digital music stuff at my gym so I just have them change it.

95% of the time, I'm playing trance. Sometimes I switch it up with some house of any kind or minimal techno, but I end up listening to trance at least for a few hours a day at least.

I disagree...nothing beats a good melody along with rythym...
Actually I like both but but trance moves the heart.
Techno or drum and bass just move the feet.
