Are the quick forum jump menus coming back soon?

I noticed a few days ago that the Forum Jump dropdown menu at the bottom of all the threads were gone and a sticky saying they were being fixed but now the stickies are gone, so does that mean the menus are gone too? Sorry, I searched for it but couldn't find a thread on this so if there is one already, sorry bout that. Cheers.
