Help me please!

do any of you have some reliable proxy servers that are fast because page s in the ip-range 212.*.*.* aren't working for me so i need an proxy and don't come up with multiproxy or www.google.com because 1% of the proxys there are working so does any of you know any don't hvae to be anonymous

and please don't move this to FAQ section because nobody looks there
