Unknown remix from 95 or so. Help!

I love this mix, but I can't find it anywhere these days and can't find anyone who knows the name.

I think this is a remix of a tune that has vocals sounding something like:

"Lots of drugs...Give me lots of drugs..I can never never get enough."

Any ideas?
