Earplugs
Hey Taha, I got mine today. They're cute! And the grand total was $17US with shipping. They only charged me $5 for shipping and yet their stamps cost $7 haha
Anyway, here's the website again: www.etymotic.com
I got the transluscent blue ones and they're neat looking, plus they reduce sound levels evenly across frequencies, so voices and music are clear and undistorted.
I absolutely needed these since last time I left Aria my ears were ringing for 4 days and I thought I would go insane.

kate i was in class this afternoon and i was thinking then i said to myself "i should ask kate if she received her earplugs or not yet" now i find your thread
thanks for the info i'm gonna order a pair NOW !!
how long did it take for shipping ? no customs ?
nope, no customs.. when did I order them? hmm.. maybe about a week and a half ago I think.
They're cute! haha I think I said that already
OMG I'm a senior TA!
*faints*

the only time my ears really hurt it was with marco carola with the killing highs...
but other than that? if you stay in front of the speakers the whole time, well of course its gonna hurt, you gotta know when to take some breaks.
malek is your picture on your sig is a
to the ring ??
i bough 5 pairs of earplugs for 5 $ @ canadian tire ans i cut them in two so it makes 10 pairs
i only keep them for the residents the sounds is still good
its not the same you ear and feel the bass alot more
but its better witout
and for le castrateur who says to always listen to your discman at the highest level i just wanna say something : idiot
the day youll tell me you dont ear anything you will regret so much
mais quess tu veu fo tout le temps que tabuse
hi ate u
All I gotta say, when it comes to listening to stuff loud, I"m putting my faith in modern medicine that by the time, my hearing is fucked, I'll be able to get so crazy ass hearing aid
kate, let me know how they turn out.. i was looking into getting some a while back.. but since i'm lamer than everyone else here and barely get out anymore..
anyways, i probably need some because over the years i've suffered noticable hearing loss on my left ear .. and i find when when i do sona/aria or whatever and wear cheap earplugs, i dont really hear what i'm suppost to hear..

ed as far as i know everybody is praising them , that's why i think tomorrow morning i'm gonna order a pair
I'm pretty sure that my hearing is already a lost cause, but let me know how they work anyways darling, if they're good I may want to get a pair.
Taha taurais du me le dire avant javait une paire de ER-20 de trop !!!
ER-20 best invention AFTER the internet !
Is Aria really that loud ???
Should I get earplugs to go see Paul Van Dyk then or what cuz I don't want to turn deaf !
c'est pas une fois qui va te tuer rongerabitt
non justement au Aria c'est le seul endroit ou je sors sans que mes oreilles "ring" pendant 3 jours
c'est surtout par soucis de protection que je les achte
my ears rarely ring after a night at Aria. However, if I dance infront of the speaker it tends to happen.
for those of you hoping that modern medicine will find a cure to deafness....you might be better served wearing earplugs....damage caused by excessively loud noises permanently damages the inner ear structures that allow for hearing.....even hearing aids will NOT allow you to regain the lost frequencies (once permanent damage has occured)

I have a feeling modern medicine will be able to install new ears (digital), I mean if they can do new eyes then hearing shouldn't be all that hard. Otherwise I'll learn sign language
they have digital eyes??? k, I need to start reading the newspaper.
