Saddam or a body double?

Last night when Saddam made his speech was it him or one of his doubles?..What do you think?
I personally think it was one of his doubles..there were alot of things different with him last night for example he was reading a prepared speech- he has never been known to do that before, he was wearing glasses and today on the news reports they were saying that the government is doing voice analysist tests to see if there is any comparison with earlier speeches from him. What do you guys think? Is he dead? Did he flee or was it really him?

im guessing it was his double. He's know for doing stuff like this. Its questioned his actual public appearance for the past couple years. He's prolly hiding in a bunker somewhere or made it to another country

I thought it was a double when I first saw it. I think it's so obvious that it's not him, like common it doesnt even look like Saddam.

I also definatly wouldn't put it past him to be hididng out and yes he has been known for the body doubles before- but did he use them this time?? as much as i hope we got him last night in the attacks he is a very intelligent person/killer so i wouldn't be surprised if he fleed days ago.There is so much speculation about this in the news right now, i'm actually listen to a news report about this as i write. there even saying that the speech may have been taped days ago-NOW WHAT DOES THAT MEAN??

Yeh...body double, he looks slightly more chubby than usual.

I agree, I think it was his body double. The funny thing is that when he came on last night for his statement to his people, I right away questioned whether it was him or not...actually got into a big argument with the roomates over the authenticity of the speaker. There was just something about him that looked off...cant put a finger on it though

Yea i agree that it was a double but he's not dead. He's probably hiding in his underground tunnels because like most Presidents he has his little underground tunnels and hiding places

I would say body double, but I don't know what the real Saddam looks like. I mean, I've seen him give speeches on TV before, but I have no way of knowing which one's the real one?

It was definately saddam alright. how the heck can he get someone so alike ? his wrinkles are even the same as in other pictures and vids.

Watchin the news up in class, they confirmed they matched voices between Saddam and the guy in the video and said that it was Saddam but they didn't know if it was before or after the US strikes.

k i just thought of stating that it doesnt neccessarily have to be a pre recorded speech just cos the initial strike was on one of his palaces.

as mentioned that he is intelligent, its obvious that he wouldnt sit in his palace with his family, just waiting to be bombed...he could be in a highly residential area right now standing and watching from afar
