Why do english teams never succeed!

Does my head in. I support derby but i hate it when teams dont do well in europe.

Celtic - want them to win it now coz i am quarter scottish, but still wanted liverpool to win. Heskey is wank and they really need a creative midfielder! they really do miss mcalister or limanen.

Arsenal. How can a team that rips liverpool apart, and other teams, look so fucking amazing, do this in europe but not take their chances. They must create 10 great chances a game! Henry up front, urg!!!!

Shame they didnt win, though even if they did, they wudnt have gone thru coz of inter winning.

I do think england is best league in world in terms of entertainment..but we lack that last bit of cutting edge. Only man u seems to have adjusted to this so far, and their league form, imo, has suffered thru this!

Also...u noticed that most teams now thru in champs league have suffered in league form, makes u wonder what is more important to them!

Oh well, i shall be remaining neutral atm with man u, not sure whether to hate or love them lol!

Fucking typical english football! so ennoying..but not boring! (unless u support liverpool )

I still think that English teams are naive in Europe. Arsenal r the best English side but they were just picked off by Valencia.

I support Liverpool and we were just pure crap, we need to get rid of Troare, Smicer, Heskey and get in Duff, Kewell and mayb Ronaldino (if possible).

that would be sweet if o'leary went to liverpool, i think houlliers days are numbered, i respect that he got 2nd place last season (above united ), but he has to go, liverpool are a shambles at the minute and will be lucky to get into the champions league next season

Yup we take club shambles to a new level. We are wel and truly crap! Cud we be in division 2 next season? Its now a possability!

For the love of god please don't win the UEFA cup Celtic, it would make my life and all fellow Gers fans a misery. On the other hand just think how many goals Inverness Caley Thistle, conquerors of Celtic, would have took from Liverpool the other week. Perhaps add them to the Premiership with Rangers and Celtic, top 3 finish for Inverness perhaps?
