that will be difficult I thinkn, cuz not everyone wants to spin at hours that have been set, they spin when they feel like spinning.
And when someone is spinning, there will be a thread in the music discussion forum to announce it, so just look in there from time to time

Eventually people will have scheduled time slots and radio will be on most of the time...

If peeps don't regularly make their scheduled time they get the boot..
