Thats quite cheap compared to Bournmouth. Im looking at �240 a month at the moment

But then again it IS bournmouth, and it IS a veeery nice place..

how much is ur house rent in total a month btw, just wondering?

it was �350 per month in total when i lived there.

The other two pay �100 and get the hassle of either deviding the big room into 2 or seeing each other naked regularly.

i've been trying to provide myself with a clean germ free place to live.. it's a shame our guests don't know what a bin is for.. or a tap for that matter :/

Shouldn't have a problem... 140 squid a month is dirt cheap (HINT: If you're gonna advertise, don't use the phrase 'dirt cheap'). I'm paying �220 a month for mine... But I get to share with females.

its all part of living in your own accomodation my friend. I gotta clean up me stuff every bloody day because if i even leave it for an hour..some one complains!!

yes, by a long shot.

spad is gonna keep paying the bills until we find someone suitable (to a point, obviously, i wouldn't ask him to do it for long)

nah, he can't get anymore from his dad.. it's not like it's just a wee bit anyway, it'd be another �70 a month each
