Classic House ID needed, circa '95-'96

looking for an ID for this classic house track, deep, kind of a little tribal rhythm, with often using the sample "ninety ninety ghetto" from Bad Yard Club - "Party in de ghetto" and samples from the classic reggae song Sister Nancy - "Bam Bam" in the middle in the breakdown. often heard at nyc's palladium in '95-'96 spun by various djs.
