Twilo in Montreal?

as many know, Twilo in NYC has been closed temporiraly. Mayor Giuliani and his city council are doing everything possible to shut down the most famous North American club. I have heard many rumors from different sources that Twilo might move to Montreal since the rave scene and underground scene is so strong there.
All i know is that this solidify montreal's status as one of the best partying cities in the world
