Ok. I see it now. You need a telephoto lens dude, and a lot less space around the lizards. Also I would have avoided cropping it in the center in favor of the left or right corner, but that's just me. Kinda like this dude:

http://www.photo.net/photodb/photo?...1370588&size=lg

Anywys the only gripe with this one is that it should be in the vertical format. The low perspective gives the appearance that you guys are really tall.

Posted by DaveSZ on Mar-27-2003 04:43:

OH yeah, I realize you weren't Annie Liebovitz doing a photo shoot there.

Does anyone know what if my picture is a prarie dog?? I'm sure it's not a marmot....

I didnt think this would end up this confusing. I just thought it was funny that Redeye went away to WMC, and the first pic he showed me when he got home was of 2 lizards humping.

Guess I have an odd sense of humor.

oh, he sent it to you...i thought you found a random picture. funny, the first pic he shows me is him and paul and you two lizards getting it on...

and then he also took a pic of it. those poor lizards, didn't know what they were getting into.

i also took a picture of a lizard at wmc last year, but it was just one and he was just hanging out.

it's a shame though, the lizard picture just doesnt do it justice. I wanted to get a closer shot, but I didn't want to scare them away. If you were there in person you would have understood how funny it was to watch the male lizard run behind the female and start pumping away. HIs head was moving up and down and his hips were moving back and forth doggystyle. After about 1 minute both of them ran back into the grass. I don't think I stopped laughing for about 15 minutes until I cut my hand on a piece of broken glass lol.

geckos and salamanders dammit

the best thing was watching my friend Igor smash locusts with his bare hands. Like thousands of them, legs flying everywhere. It was so nasty hahaha

One of Igor's 2 Great Danes, about 220 pounds each

I think that is rather amusing..

kinda like "check out what I SAW at WMC" .. -excitement- "Humping reptiles" -the disappointment-

I know. I like them. I think the only ones that can hurt a human I believe are Komodo Dragons, and Helia (Jela?) Monsters that live in the southwest (however you spell them). And even then, they only usually go after children.
