guvernment may 27 2001- anthem

i was at guv last night and mark spun this song at 2:55 - 3am.
he has played about 3 weekends in a row. its got an anthem feel to it. it has very heavy crashes and deep beats accompanied by low deep smooth shouting voices (" wooooh wooooh !!!!! repeated with the beats ). i am sorry i do not have a sample but any one who was there knows what i am saying. if anyone has any ideas dont hesitate to sugest
