Armin Van Buuren-Yet Another Day * Holy Christ!!* This tune is awesome!!

sorry im sooooooooo late on listening to this tune but yesterday was the first time i heard it and it fookin rocks!! sucks uplifting euphoric and epic feeling to it. really good stuff and is by far one of the best tracks i have heard for a long time. any other tunes similar to this. the male vocals are good.

Posted by SuperFarStucker on Mar-28-2003 02:07:

LoL.. welcome to last year :-P

yeah.. its a good song, I don't think its *that* great though. some of the mixes are really horrible (i think the ADD one sucks) and the original really sucks too.. but the rising star mix is okay

Posted by FastFashion on Mar-28-2003 02:09:

Old tune yes. But nah, the A.D.D remix is hot.

Posted by trancEyes22 on Mar-28-2003 02:21:

hehe...where have you been hiding?

but yes, its an amazing track!

Posted by MindShifter on Mar-28-2003 02:26:

Never got on the bandwagon like everyone else on this track. I don't like the male vocals on it. Dunno, just never really been into male vocals period.

Posted by udham on Mar-28-2003 02:26:

lol ... welcome to mid last year, mate!

The tune itself is pretty good IMO ... and the ADD remix rawks!

tune of the year for 2002.

Posted by Micheline on Mar-28-2003 02:58:

Armin pretty much like Duran Duran- Ordinary world. It is shown in his tune. Pretty much the vocal is the same.

I want to get the DJ Shah's remix, it adds a completely new tune that is very good!

i've been saying that same thing since i heard this tune on AVB's ASOT episode 52 in june 2002

Posted by Micheline on Mar-28-2003 03:36:

There is something really wrong with you to say that is the best tune of 2002.

Posted by Christopher B on Mar-28-2003 03:39:

I recently purchased a 12" with Armin's "Yet Another Dub" Mix and the Hiver and Hammer Remix. Quality tune! The original is still the best in my oppinion.

Posted by XxGrOoVeERICxX on Mar-28-2003 03:57:

Very nice track. AVB was behind it, so there.

Imagine with female vocals?

Would it be better or worse?

Uhhhh i think you must have a retarded opinion...The Original is possible the best one, the Rising Star Remix might be powerful but it doesn't go good with the vocals.

The Sunday 5pm Mix is good and the Dj Shah Remix top notch too...but be aware, Dj Shah made Ray Wilson sound like a old bloke or something

People who don't like male vocal tracks must feel very differently than I do. Some of my all time favorite tunes have male vocals, including:

Morel - True
Jaimy and Kenny D - Caught me Running (Tiesto's Summerbreeze Mix)
Amoeba Assassin - Piledriver (Grayed Out Summer Dub
Amoeba Assassin - Rollercoaster (Oaky's Courtyard Mix)
Krystal - Burning Flame
and of course Yet Another Day

I also think Ray Wilson's vocals are perfect for the track. I would not want any other vocalist touching it.

Posted by djSlain on Mar-28-2003 04:27:

thanx for the male vocal tracks. i thought the only thing out there was Yet Another Day and system f - Soul on Soul(BLEH!)

Posted by UWM on Mar-28-2003 05:18:

Thought this was crap until I heard the Attention Deficit Remix, and then it was listenable.

Exactly!

Posted by Slapskin on Mar-28-2003 07:31:

this shit absolutely disgusts me. makes my ears bleed. if u want quality male vocal tunes check these and come back to this thread and realize that yet another cheese stinks.

new order - someone like you (G&d mix)/new order - crystals
blackwatch - loveless (dj asle deep dub)
starecase - lost 22 (max graham mix)
flock of seaguls - i ran (flatline remix)
echomen - perpetual
16b feat morel - driving to heaven (omids full vocal mix)

etc

The Riva Remix is by far my favourite - such an amazing track!

Slapskin - 'Yet Another Cheese', very clever, I'm impressed.

where do you get these from? duran duran - ordinary world?? wtf? both these tracks have male vocals. i don't think that there's any other similarities!

Tune of the year? Let's not get in over our heads. Good tune, but room for lots of improvement.
The Hiver & Hammer Ground Control remix is the best by far, only because it's so different from the original and the other remixes which were VERY dissapointing to say the least. Not to mention that it's a monster tune by itself(The HH remix that is...)
