did like the songs in this mix, but I dont like the way the songs are mixed. It's not a very good set to listen to, also because of the german comments in it.

That tells shit about the Dj's capability's. Talla is a good and respected DJ, I expect a lot of this set. And almost every set has stupid commercials and/or comments through it. Can do shit about it.

Off course the german comments in this set havent got anything to do with the quality of dj talla. But Im only trying to say that this isnt the set you are waiting for. Maybe Talla is a very good dj, but in this set I didnt like his way of mixing,

Yea, this is Talla's usuall style of mixing, listen to Talla - Live @ SSL and it's the same thing... Swamp this is a great set, very nice tracks in hear. The mixing is not so clean at times but like I said that his own style and I like it .. Talla - Live @ Hessantag = Something New To The Site & Great .. Good work again

Mixing isn't great, but the music makes up for that....Only bad thing is, it seems it was recorded at too high a level....it cracks

hmm... dunno about this set... some horrible mixing done between push-strange world 2000 remake and whatever the next song was. the song selection throughout this set wasn't too exciting. definetly not one of my favorites.

listened to this set only once and sound quality is kinda bad!!

same like Corsten vs Lemon!! I wouldnt burn this one on CD coz of the quite loud crackers all the time!!

but maybe someone can give me a hint on how to manage that coz i�m not very use to wavelab which is the only program i know that can do things like this very good!!

wont give u a review of this set atm coz wasnt able to listen to it louder

At Mayday "Life on Mars", back in 1996 in Berlin, this man gave me my first taste of REAL trance, i loved it and became addicted....

I really loved the Talla mix, I also didn't like the way he was mixin' much, but the tracks he turns on his tables make good a lot.
I only had one question, there are now three different tracklists on this forum, and I really want to know which one is the right one, especially about one track: the U2 remix. There are three different names for it:

U2 - Newyears Day (Ferry Corsten Remix)
New Years Dub (Rmx) - Musique vs. U2 (Serious - SERR 030)
Musique vs. U2 - New Years Dub (Mauro Picotto Remix)

I wonder, was it Picotto who remixed it, or was it Ferry Corsten?

P.S., the 4th track of the mix, is a very phat remix. Isn't it a remix of "The Fly" , wich was Johan Gielen's first track at Trance Energy 2001? I love both versions!

Banging set from Talla, now all we need is to get some Acosta sets on here and were good to go. To all wondering about the New Years Dub mix. It is the Picotto mix, Ferry only wishes we could do a remix like that.
