Spyke's Ultra Weekend...Can it get worse?

My Ultra Weekend turned out to be the worst weekend I've ever had. I had plans to go to AK1200 in Gainesville on Thursday night, then drive down with my boy Braden and Flo to PvD on Friday night then go to Ultra on Saturday. Well, to put it mildly, things didn't turn out excatly how I had planned...

Thursday night we tried to give a girl a ride to AK1200 and that didn't work out at all, so in the end we ended up missing AK. This sucked but Flo and I had PvD to look foward to the next night, so it was cool.

Friday Flo and I were supposed to beked up at noon and off we should have been to Miami. But nay. Braden had to work till 2, so we didn't get picked up till 4, then we had to take this chick home. So we didn't leave Gainesville untill almost 6. So Flo and I were really rushing Braden to make it to PvD.

Well, we got to Miami about 1 and didn't get to Space untill almost 2. Well, by then they were charging 50 bucks, which was all the money I had. So Flo went in and I drove back to Flo's place and slept. 2 shows missed. Thats ok, there is still Ultra....

So Saturday morning up we go, ready to dance. Ready for Ultra. We go to Bayside and not a damn TA decided to show up to breakfast. Lazy people. About 11:30 Braden and Flo & I went to the car to get ready to go into Ultra (blunts and such)

So Braden and I are sitting in the car waiting on Flo to get back from the bathroom and up walks a guy who says "Hey, you guys got an exstacy I can buy"...OK, how obvious can you be?...So we tell the guy to fuck off, that we don't have anything ( ) ...Not 30 seconds later Braden and I are being pulled out the car by 3 undercover cops!!!

All in all we were charged with Posession of Marijuana, Posession of Paraphenalia(2 pipes), and Posession of Nitrous Oxide(whippets)

So I didn't have my ID on my so the gavce Braden some papers and released him, while they supposedly took me downtown just to fingerprint and release. Well, Miami-Dade County Jail SUCKS! That place should be fucking condemned! I ended up spending 3 days in holding cells and the psych ward (no way I'm getting ass-raped!) and my parents had to come down and bail me out for $1500!!!!

So all in all I missed 3 shows, spent 200 bucks, spent 3 days in jail, owe my parents thousands, and got evicted from my apt (my family owns it), had to move in with my parents, and I get drug tested ever 2 weeks.

Yeah...FUCK ULTRA!!!!!!!

Oh, wanted to say how damn currupt Dade County is...I saw 3 guys get their asses beat by cops...one of them just cus he asked to use the phone. It was insane. If you ever have to go to jail, make sure it's in Broward...NOT DADE!

damn, bo that sucks,... i ran into Flo at Ultra and he told me about your mishap,... im really sorry all that shit happened to you,... i hope there will be some event up in Gville that we'll finally be able to meet up at,... best of luck with your parents and having to pay back the money,...

Sounds like what happened to my friends the other week in San Antonio.....
Their bail was "only" 500 though.

I've been to Miami-Dade jail just by walking around South Beach been 16 year old @ 12 AM back in 99.
Truly that sucks.

trully sorry to hear that brotha. Nothing better then power tripping cops, they sure know how to keep our streets nice and safe. Hope everythings works out for the better for you.

shit dude that sucks. Makes me feel like an ass when I complain about how bad GPD is compared with UPD or the Alacua sheriffs (I've dealt with all 3)

Whats this about being evicted? My landlords tried to evict me after I was falsy accused of a felony. I had to sue the basids to keep a roof over my head. Get legal council if you need it.

I hope everything works out. Where are you staying now?

I was looking forward to meeting a few ta'ers, and I learned of the mishap cuz I ran into Flo as well. Sorry to hear that man I didn;t know about the outcome till today, but I'm glad you're ok

Roquer, before I went to jail in Miami I would have said GPD was the most corrupt pigs theree are, but they pnly come in a close second. ASO isn't bad, but GPD and University Police are on power trips. I also have dealt with them all over stupid shit.

And my family owns the apts I was staying in, so they got pissed and kicked me out. it sucks, I have to live with my parents now. No leaving porn DVDs playing all day when I'm gone, rofl.

It'll be better, I just gotta get trust back. My parents are being pretty cool. Every time they make me do somethingstupid they say "Music school" to make me feel better, lol. can't wait...Holland...

Miami cops suck dick specialy the miami beach police i think they are some of the worst cops in the state...but hey thats just me...

This case sounds like an illegal search and seizure. I would hire an attorney if I were you. You might be able to get the whole thing dismissed. Good luck!!!

Anyway, Dave...I'm planning on going to SAE Institute in Amsterdam. My parents have basicvally said they's help pay for it as much as possible as long as I showed effort in things other than bong hits. Hence the reason I'm letting them tell me what to do. However, I'm going fuckin nuts here...need...blunt...

And I always left porn playing while I was gone, normally with PvD or AK in the background because...well...is there something better to come home to than some blonde with double D's being DP'd to "For An Angel"? ROFL...I THINK NOT!

hell yeah,.. i went to school in Utrecht, 20 min. outside of Amsterdam and loved every second of it,.. you will also enjoy all it has to offer, but after a few weeks you will soon realize how dirty and gross Amsterdam is,.. regardless you wont want to leave....

Dave, I wish I was rich so I could go party in Europe too, unfortunatly I'm going to a fucking community college right now, living with my parents. But SAE is cheaper than going to a decent University for 4 years here. (17K for SAE including living) I'm not rich, I just have family that listens to reason. Sometimes.

But I have God knows how long left untill I can even go to a fuckin party or club, or fuckin Publix, for that matter. Like I said...Sometimes...
