Song you hummed/sang in the shower today...

READ THE TITLE!

LOL, yes it's weird but we know everyone here does it, so don't start by sayin you don't!

Track for me during my shower was Curve - Cold Comfort
Now here the story behind it.

This morning, I went into the shower listening to Kyau and Albert - Velvet Morning, but didn't hum or sing it. What I did start to sing was a track I had no idea of, but knew I had heard it from either a G&D set or an Oakey set. I knew the lyrics here and there and hummed the track...still having no idea of the tracks name or even who made it! It's fucken getting to the point now that I'm racking my brain over it! Before I head out, I grab a mp3 cd with couple of Oakey sets (state side ones). Start listening to it, all the while humming this unknown track. My mind starts associating Jewel - Serve The Ego with this track, except I know for a fact it's not this. After about a hour subway ride to work, I still have no idea about this and I'm afraid I might "forget" this beauty of a track without finding it's name! AAARRGHH!! Minutes turns to hours and still am drawing blank, I try to keep going back to back on trying to reconstruct the whole song in my head...and BOOM it hits me, the Jewel track was mixed in right after this one! And the only sets I've heard that track in was G&D, go scrounging around and WALLAH -- the song!

Just had to write this to get off my chest and express a sign of relief, even acheivement on my part, in finding out this track's title!

Any of you have any similar stories?

Well I don't.

I may have a tune stuck on my head but I don't recall ever singing/humming anything by myself.

i remember ages ago i woke up and for some reason mario piu - techno harmony was in my head, was strange cus i hadn't heard the tune in months and i didn't know the name of the tune at the time
was something similar to you in that i wanted to know the name of it but never knew it, ages later i discovered the tune

recently every time i hum/sing a tune it always seems to be planet funk - who said, damn catchy vocals
