djm-3000 vs. djm-500

anyone have any info on these 2 mixers? it appears to me that they are the same mixer with a different design (they cost the same). let me know what you guys think.

They are basically the same. DJM-3000 has a bit more marginally useful functions plus it's 19" instead of 15" like the DJM-500.

Check out their website for more detailed info.

There is a little bit difference between the sound quality too, the 3000 doen 2Db's signal-noise better... A very small difference. I dont know howmuch both cost, but I guess the 500 is cheaper, if i was you, I'd go for the 500... For those little things, you'll probably pay alot more.

pratically the same mixers....the internal parts are a little most solid and so are the switches. No major differance though, you're better off with a 500 for the price.
