i need money to.....
mmm. well. its 1 am and i'm at uni tryin to finish off a java assignment, building a search engine. but here i am, still unable to escape grand old procrastination. and what better way to procrastinate than to surf ta forums.
u know. i wish i had a money tree. yes. i wish money grew on trees. atm i have $10 in my bank account, $20 in my wallet, and am just skimming survival week by week. thank god for the fortnitely pay check, as measley as it is. makes me wonder how i'm gonna pay/get/save for the things i.. mmmmm, more so 'realistically' want than need. here's jus a small list.
- $23.50 to pay off for a nick warren gu [18 i think?] from ebay.
- new headphones, either sony mdr7506 or sennies hd280, so i'll have clarity in beatmatching my high hats n snares [anyone want some technics1210s?]
- some new monitors. my 15 year old stereo aint cuttin it no more.
- $500 for a trip down to mnt hotham to board the slopes!
nebody else have a list to share? no matter, i'll soon be rich and won't have to struggle once i build the next google. meanwhile, i'll have to pawn things i can find in my room. which reminds me, anybody interested in joof's - for your years only mix?

Im thinking id like my own place, no parents no grandparents, just one big party that would be nice. Im at Uni, work do orrigh cant wait to get full time job to with a nice salary to move out of home, now that would be nice.

Hey i wouldnt complain about having no money ffs! All those things you listed are luxuries in life, be thankful for what you got. Some people in this world cant afford to eat so be greatful.
But yeah, money is cool.

Invest in shares and property, and your wealth will grow like trees (if you do it well and/or are lucky).
Get a job so that you can get the money to start investing.
Attend university at night.
Get good marks so that you stand out and may have a better chance at getting a good and better-paid job.
Don't buy music and equipment if you are struggling to buy food.

Ahh doesn't everyone need more money!
I need/want money for the usual things:
new records and cds
clothes...
decks, and a fake ID would be nice as well 
But I also need money to pay someone to stand next to me 24/7, and motivate me to do some study! I have three exams and two assessments in the next three days, and I've done absolutely nothing this weekend...y'know, it would be kinda nice to get above 22% in my next maths exam, don't you think!

As much as I want decks, having a car is top priority atm as that will lead to less time commuting / less money spent taxiing and hence make me save more and get the decks quicker, and have more time to spend playing with them when I get them. And it might also make it possible for me to quit my job and find a decent job with normal hours and adequate pay.
I know how you feel Ves, I've been putting off an essay for a few weeks, due to a lethal combination of work and play and procrastination, and now it's overdue and there's another one due soon too. You sooo need to get a fake ID, it's not right that someone with a love of music - like you have - misses out on all the great acts. To miss them purely because of draconian law makers that make all ages gigs an absolute bitch to organise and get approved is even worse.
i've been saving quite a bit over the last few years. now i have decent savings but i lost the desire to spend. ?!?
