your not alone. Sometime I think too much and it just give me more stress and it seemed like i made things worse than what they're suppose to be. so yeah your definately not alone

I have esophagal erosion from all the heartburn I get from that same problem (acid reflux disease). I also hate heights.

Pupaphobia - fear of puppets, I watched that show "Thunderbirds" when I was like 4 or 5 with a fever, and it gave me the scariest nightmare of my life. So now im afraid of all puppets, and those animatronic things. hahah plus im afraid of the dark a little

well i'm beginign to be afraid of spiders like it's strange i just relaized this earlyer this school year that i'm begingin to be afraid of them i dont know why thoe..

i used to be afraid of driving... still amm sort of ... but getting over it.. slowly but surely ..

the unkown.. hieghts.. i have a great fear for heights.. but i love drop zone.. go figure...

i'm afraid of asking. but i presume thats lack of confidence.. STage fright.. and having ppl stair at me scares me.. when ppl look at me for no imperticular reason.. and it's not like it's one person but every one does it at the same time.. and i'm not doing anyting.. like i could be walking down the st. and i notice that every other person has to look in my direction and it scares me.. i supose that peranoia..

i too suffer from parranoia. i don't know why, but for the strangest reasons ill get parranoid or feel very insecure. is there a cure for this problem?

biggest Phobia is SNAKES! I cant stand them.... i am like one of those freakin wierdos you see on talk shows.. i hate them. I was serving a table last night and this kid had a fake toy snake.. i didnt even look to see if it was real.. and i screamed. I cant even look at them on tv or anything.. i start hypervent. and my heart beat jumps through the freakin roof. Bad huh?

I have a phobia of needles...just hate getting something stabbed into me that's so delicate....I'm afraid it'll break inside and get stuck and haunt me with pain and suffering.......quite scary.

I also have a phobia of short heights, kinda odd, but in contrast I'd love to try skydiving.

*anything to do w/ necks... cant wear turtlenecks or chokers cuz i feel like im suffocating, and i flip thinking ppl are gonna choke me... though i find guys neck super sexy..go figure

*ppl touching me.. i flip out when ppl touch me leading ppl to believe im paranoid, which i wouldnt argue
*claustaphobia or anywhere theres alotta ppl, i break into sweat
*stage fright

I am scared shitless of car Air Bags. I love driving and have a deckout show car which I take to the track every now and then, but I slide my seat back as far as possible and recently disengaged the airbags. Now sure why I'm scared of them, but I know i am.

second is anything around my neck thats tight and I have no controll over like peoples hands, tight shirts, headlocks!
