if a track is "White Label", what does it mean ? does it mean its not released yet?

Well it is released. It is usually a test release..if it does well they will have a normal release of it (in the case of bigger artists). Some smaller no names who are not signed to any Label will release white labels...cause thats all they can release. A white label meaning actaully that...they are pressed with only a white label...no fancy stickers or sleeves or anything. Often the artist and song is written in marker, if your lucky....cause many times there is nothing written at all on it.

Oh yeah, a lot of Promos are White Labels too. Like when DJ's get a new song before anyone else...they are usually white labels.
