nero
but you can also get a .cue plug in for winamp! i use wincue (i think) and it's good
I just think CDRWin is better cuz it's much simpler and doesn't have all the "flare" of Nero. Plus Nero won't work on my PC for some reason.

nero didn't work on my computer either when i first got it with my cd-drive, but then instead of the legal version that didn't work i got an illegal cracked version and it worked! go figure!
anyway i think it's a great program, but to each his own! i'm not saying cdrwin is bad by any mean, i just happen to prefer nero.

what was the program you could use to play the mp3 and set cue points and it writes the cue file for you. i used to have it but lost it and it was really easy especially for the 100th of a second, cuz i usually hvae to guess when using winamp to cue my own mixes
