I don't know if it is a hardcore mixing program, but if you just want to have a bit of fun try BPM Studio. It has a lot of features that are pretty cool.

check here for some info http://www.alcatech.com/

PS you can use the program without any special hardware like the remote control etc. I just use a regular ol' PC and mouse!

I dunno I have this program called soundprobe... it takes a while to get the hang of it so I'm not too sure if you peeps would like it .. you would have to convert your mp3's to wav's and thats not hard you can do it on winamp..

I got it like a year and a half ago so I dunno.. btw this is more for remixing, I don't think you could "dj" off soundprobe...

it's at www.soundprobe.com

latez...

i mainly use two different proggies for this, at the usual party, i just use my mixing plugin for winamp, it's nothing stellar, but it gets the job done for a bunch of, err, thirsty college students. When i wanna actually do it myself, i use a program called MP-3000f, by Disco-Nova, is kinda neat, automatically beatmatches mp3s, and it uses a winamp playlist, which is nice. i haven't toyed around with it too much, I'm usually out partying instead :^)

you can find the mixing plugin for winamp @ winamp.com, hope this helps

Once again, virtual turntables is my personal favorite

If you want non-real time mixing, try a program called Acid. Alot of my friends have said it is great for mixing sets onto cd, I just havent given it a try yet really but it looks amazing.

Sorry I don't have URLs for either of these off-hand :/

You can also use MJ Studio or Digital 1200SL DJ. Go to http://europa.your-site.com/~sikvorez/
