O.k. i know both of these are quite old now but i just heard rba - no alternative for the first time and the similarity with zombie nation isn't even funny !! Does anyone else notice this. I'm also guessing however that the rba track was released alot earlier ???

Yes i noticed it 2 but didnt pay attention to it

I dont care... i had the zombie nation 1 months ago and i just laid my hands on the RBA track like 30 days ago and i think they both kick ass!!!

If you like zombie nation..maybe you should check out Zombie nation - kernkraft 4000 (Oddworld 2000 Hardcore Mix)
It is HARD and i mean realy hard but i like it...hope u do 2

Yes, RBA was released earlier.
I heard Zombie Nation before I heard RBA too, but I do sence a big difference between the two: I like RBA and I hate Kernkraft... No Alternative is just a bit harder, which makes it quite good.
Knowing that Kernkraft copied an excisting song just makes me hate them more. If it was a bit of a remix or something it would be O.K., but to almost copy a song with a few changes to make it suitable for a big audience is low.

I just hope nobody will come by telling me that RBA = Kernkraft

Yeah I agree with Dwingo, I prefer RBA - harder and the melody has at least a bit of variation.. can't stand kernkraft 400.. boring as hell. BTW, did you know that the melody from Kernkraft 400 was taken from a computer game? (final level of Lazy Jones on the Commadore 64) - useless but interesting fact

(lots of people knew that already, but i'm guessing some don't)

Hey, I always liked video game music when i was little, maybe that's why I kinda liked that track, even though it's kinda crappy!

Sure thing Trance man! I don't have the sample on my HDD atm - but my friend does.. i'll nick it off him later and post a direct link to it on this post.

I'm actually a big fan of most computer game music, but the Zombie Nation tune really does get on my tits :P

Drunk Here it is! :)

http://server2043.virtualave.net/oz...l_Software).MP3

This is the original music, it was originally in the Commadore 64 SID format, but it has been converted to MP3 for your listening pleasure, enjoy!

And apparently, Zombie Nation brought rights to the music from Lazy Jones, and are working on another Kernkraft 400 track - using a different piece of music from the same game!

(note the pharagraph above is merely rumours i've heard.. so I could be wrong )
