Actually the U.S. Army plays Metallica - Enter Sandman before an Attack. If anyone saw Shootout on the History chanell, right before they took back Fallujah they blasted Entere Sandman on all speakers. Kirk Hammet later commented on this by saying "This song has been scaring American parents for years so why not them?"

Yeah they used a number of those heavy songs, I mean they should've went all out with Cannibal Corpse or Morbid Angel but that would annoy our troops as well lol
