Hello!

So how long do you think Trance will last 5-10 years?. Do you think it will evolve and change as we move into the future. Your opinion need

trance will never die out. it's the kind of music that brings people together and lifts us to the next level of consciousness. i mean, it does so much for us spiritually it's beyond explanation.

check out an compilation album called eutopia: future of trance hehe. but trance is only going to get better. you can't get worse unless the producers lose the feel for what trance is. uniting the masses.

look at this forum, it's a perfect example. we've got people from all over the world here.

good question. and a very realistic one too. i think it is going to grow a lot. but who knows what the next generation of people are going to like? who knows what different types of music will even be created. i think of all other music genres trance will probably grow the most in the next 5 yrs. hip hop, rock, pop. there isnt much you can do with those types of music and everyone has already been exposed to them. but trance is not as widely known as the other types. so it still has a lot of room for growth. yeah that probably wont be to good for us cause as it grows itll will become more commercialized. but thats all good. cause no matter how mainstream any music becomes there is always the branch of really good underground shit only true fans know about. so i think trance still has not reached its peak. as far as the limits it can reach in what can be done with it and with the amount of people enjoying it. peace.

ok so the only way trance will die is if you let it. it will always be there just as long as you yourself let it. also trance will continue because there is a demand for it. econ class..lol supply and demand...lol dj's create a supply for which the people demand. as long as there is a demand there will always be a supply. so just as long as you let trance live within you, theres no sence in even predicting its demise because no matter what, you have chosen to allow it to live inside you. there.

Never.... Bottom line trance will never die. Sure it might change forms, but it will never go away. For example take innovators like PVD and Timo Maas. They are constantly changing the sound and feel of trance music. As long as there are great people to continue the trance tradition, then it will always be around. At least I hope it will.

Not any kind of music will ever fade away. It will always be in the underground. Lets hope that will never happen.

You can`t say that it will never die because there a point when every thing comes to a end , you will have to think what the next generation will be listening to ,IT may not even be a style of dance music it could be something totally new.Do you know what the future may bring? its any ones gees
