Audio slient detector?

hi,

just wondering if there is a such a software out there
or sound forge/cooledit plugin

that is able to detect slients in an audio track

slients of 1/4 of a second or more,
and it would be able to tell me exactly where it has detected/located
slients on a audio track.

could always zoom in with an wave editor such as cooledit pro or somesort but going throught that manually would take forever for a 80min mix or so.

if any one is able to help that would be g8
thanx in advice
